I recently got solar installed through Speedy Solar and had a fantastic experience working with Frank. From the very beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the entire installation process smooth and stress-free. What stood out the most was his honesty and customer service. He helped me choose the right system for my needs without any pressure, and the installation was completed efficiently and professionally. I’m very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend Frank and Speedy Solar to anyone looking to get solar installed. Great service from start to finish, definitely a 5-star experience.

Did not deliver within the 6-8 week promised time frame (signed contract at the very start of Feb). Never received any updates and stopped replying to my emails and phone calls 8-10 weeks in. Always saying “just got into the office let me look up your details and get back o you in an hour”… and hear nothing from them. Now have to chase them for a refund of my deposit which they have said they will process 3 weeks ago. Said they need to arrange installations of other contacts first before they can process my refund…don’t know how other installations affects getting a refund? The whole process has been an absolute NIGHTMARE… read the other reviews and you’ll see others having the exact same problem.

From the outset speedy seemed to be very responsive and very helpful and were really reasonably priced. Then you pay a deposit... And they immediately become absolutely useless. I Have been told the stock will be sent to me "next week" for almost 3 months now. I have been lied to by two seperate people about timelines from this company. I haven't had a response for 2 weeks now but keep getting sent an invoice. Like I'm gonna pay these people another cent. At this rate I don't think my solar will ever be installed nor will I get my deposit back. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Truely not recommended this company, very piss off to keep call to do installation never show up and after 5 months still not refunded my money back. Especially the sales call Frank never return your calls.

Do not trust this company! speedy is just an illusion they will promise that they will install your solar within 4-6 weeks they will take your money and make excuses that they dont have any installer. they will make you wait atleast 3months and will cost you more for the hassle stay away I would give em negative 5 stars if I can! they should be called slow and untrust worthy solar!
