One of the worst solar company as they have taken deposit in December 2025 and promised to install in January. Since then they advised us our application has been submitted in appropriate power provider. Once we contact power supply in Feb 2026 they told us they never received any application. They are such a crook ……

One star as I can't select zero! PLEASE go with another company to save you time, stress and money. Very frustrated dealing with staff, particularly Frank, who talks over you, twists your words and offers false hope. Installation date promised then wants 70% of balance before booking! DO NOT DO THIS. Every time I asked for a Manager - not available. Every time I asked for the Accounts Team - I can't transfer you. Waited 10 days for my refund, never arrived! Had arguments over the phone & within 2 minutes of me hanging up it was in my account. BE VERY WARY...GO ELSEWHERE!

Seriously terrible communication. Brilliant communication up until you pay your deposit, then vanishes. Hazel and Albert are who I have delt with, and if you look around on their website youl find a host of different states with a string of 2 star reviews.. maybe Sydney has a good team of installers keeping these reviews healthy but ultimately it's Hazel and Albert running this circus. I'm still waiting on an install date after several months and I can never get ahold of anyone, terrible. -gets one star because I couldnt give zero

Best installation I got for my solar installed. I was booked with a different company for my install and had to wait for 4 months before I can cancel and get my refund. Then i got in touch with Team speedy. Got my installation in 3 weeks of signing up as well as got a free upgrade for all black panels.
