One of the worst solar company as they have taken deposit in December 2025 and promised to install in January. Since then they advised us our application has been submitted in appropriate power provider. Once we contact power supply in Feb 2026 they told us they never received any application. They are such a crook ……

Seriously terrible communication. Brilliant communication up until you pay your deposit, then vanishes. Hazel and Albert are who I have delt with, and if you look around on their website youl find a host of different states with a string of 2 star reviews.. maybe Sydney has a good team of installers keeping these reviews healthy but ultimately it's Hazel and Albert running this circus. I'm still waiting on an install date after several months and I can never get ahold of anyone, terrible. -gets one star because I couldnt give zero

⭐☆☆☆☆ I signed up for solar panels, not a psychological endurance test. From day one, this company operated like a group project where everyone ghosted and the dumbest guy was the team leader. Calls unanswered. Emails replied to three business weeks later with answers that had nothing to do with the question. I’ve had better communication from my microwave. Installation day? A myth. A legend. A fairytale told to children. They rescheduled so many times I started aging in dog years. When someone finally showed up, they looked as confused as I was, like they’d been dropped here by Google Maps as a prank. The panels were installed with the precision of a blindfolded toddler playing Jenga. Half of them don’t work, the app doesn’t load, and customer service keeps telling me everything is “operating as intended.” Yes — if the intention was absolute incompetence, then congrats. This company runs on solar power, but somehow has zero energy to do their job. If you’re considering them, don’t. Tape flashlights to your roof. Burn candles. Harness photosynthesis yourself. Anything is more reliable than these clowns. One star because Google won’t let me give zero.

Don’t go with speedy solar solutions! They will give you problems when it comes to servicing, they won’t honour it

I've been contacting this company for months!! Their name "speedy" is false!! They kept stringing me along, telling me that someone would come out and fix the problem I have with their system. They don't take accountability for their faults, but are quick to take your hard earned cash. Please go with another solar provider.

Good price but poor communication about delays and updates on timeframe Given the government’s announcement to subsidise batteries, it seemed there was a national shortage of batteries so we had to wait over 6 months for our system to finally get installed. This would have been fine if this was transparently communicated to us but we kept getting vague answers when we asked about an installation date. Once all the equipment was available, the installation process was a bit chaotic due to installers trying to get everything done before the end of the year. I get that maybe Speedy Solar had limited control over the supply chain issue and the installation process because they were based in Sydney and we are in the ACT (would advise finding a local provider) but open communication would have made the whole experience much better. And it’s confusing because I have had pleasant dealings with all the team members. Overall it would have been a much better experience if the team were open with what was going on (e.g., we have a huge backlog and are working through it as fast as we can, or our supplier is unable to confirm when batteries will come in and we will try to update you in two weeks). People are generally really understanding if they know what is honestly going on. The Speedy Solar team have been great with communications and daily monitoring of the system and updates since everything has been installed. Pros: - competitive pricing - good follow up once installed - polite to deal with Cons: - extremely poor communication on delays - based in Sydney for ACT installation so hard to coordinate subcontractors

The speedy solar solutions team were very efficient and professional. From the beginning to end Frank very knowledgeable and the process for the installation went smoothly. Additionally they offered competitive prices. I highly recommend to my friends and colleagues.
